If you’re not a friend of mine on Facebook, you probably haven’t been exposed to my rantings about how good ‘Artmagic’ are yet – well, they finally joined a platform (Reverb Nation) which allows me to embed their music player in my blog. So now you can listen to their first two tracks here…
For the uninitiated, Artmagic are a band made up of former Suede guitarist and writer Richard Oakes and prolific producer Sean McGhee. Richard obviously spent many years with Suede, while Sean has worked with Britney Spears, Sugababes, Robyn, Kate Havnevik, Imogen Heap amongst others. Richard plays guitar, bass and piano; Sean programs, plays synthesisers and sings.
