Due to an early meeting in the east of Chiswick, I took a slightly different route to work today, via some of the back-streets of the area. As I was walking down one road, I came face to face with a CLASSIC bit of ‘street art’ – dating all the way back to 1981. It’s almost as old as me! It appears to have been done to celebrate the wedding of Prince Charles and Lady Diana – I particularly like the small, ginger-haired child on the end who is spray-painting ‘Stay with me Diana’ on the wall. I’m very impressed that this has survived almost 30 years, never having been painted over. Well done Chiswick!
