I don’t know if this happens everywhere, but in Chiswick they seem to use the bin men to collect up all the leaves that have fallen from the trees and put them in green big bags…. then leave them on the side of the street, presumably for a later pick-up. The best thing about this photo was the fact that they’d filled up about a dozen bags, then piled them up on top of loads of other leaves which they presumably couldn’t be bothered to finish.
