Guest Post – Investment opportunities to safeguard your families future

Posted on May 1, 2014January 7, 2018 by Henry Elliss

Preparing for the future should involve a variety of investments to ensure the financial strength and longevity of your family’s assets. While there are a number of options, having a substantial portfolio that includes property investments is key. One of the best things you can do for the future is to invest in property that will provide a continuous stream of year-round income. Austria is currently one of the hottest property investment opportunities for a number of reasons:

  • Austria is a popular year-round destination and is beautiful in any season.
  • Visitors from all over the world come to Austria and look for nice places to stay.
  • Purchasing a chalet will provide an almost instant return on your investment.
  • Residential real estate continues to increase in value.
  • The tax benefits are plentiful.
  • The locals are very friendly.

When you consider those benefits, purchasing a property can be a good primer for future investments in the area. Europe has excellent secondary education institutions, have a reputation for having top-rated medical facilities and have a stable government – all reasons to consider having Austria as a second home or an option for relocation. They have a diverse, qualified workforce, the highest growth in productivity and have close ties to European growth markets.

Austria is said to be on track for commercial property investment to rise 15% in 2014 alone. Giving your family a foothold on a growing market can set them up for life in more ways than one. Cultural opportunities, skiing, and a beautiful backdrop make Austria the perfect setting to put down roots. Pursuing an investment opportunity in this area is not only smart, it’s demonstrating how important securing your family’s future really is.

According to Austrian real estate broker Kristall Spaces, lucrative investment property in Austria will not be hard to find. Established and new construction make it easy to acquire a property that will be beneficial to you and your family without compromising your standard of living. Doing a little research goes a very long way when making impactful decisions. Try Austria – it’s a great place with lots of things to do and see while creating memorable moments for your future.

As today is ‘Back British Farming’ day, I want As today is ‘Back British Farming’ day, I wanted to give a shout-out to all the farmers in the local area, especially Brimpton’s own @mbowden1954. One of my favourite aspects of living where we do now is being surrounded by countryside and farm land - and being able to see an actively-farmed field at the end of our garden. Every time something’s being done to the field I’m out with my camera, usually trying to figure out the names of all the machinery - and it’s so nice to see a product being grown right from seed to harvest. I know it’s not easy for farmers at the moment, and I dearly hope ours are able to keep farming for many years to come - so if you have one near you, make sure to show them all the support you can!
