As most of you will know, I often struggle when it comes to creating good posts on behalf of brands. My reviews are paltry at best, and when brands as for other things I usually fail to figure out how to creatively bring their wishes to life.
So when JCB asked me to take part in their ‘Fresh Air Challenge’ with the kids, I was initially skeptical. Until they told me what we needed to do. In a nutshell, they wanted us to go outside and do something fun. Hmmm, that sounds deceptively simple. They were even going to send us some nice JCB clothes to wear while doing it – BONUS.
Given that we go outdoors and and do fun stuff all the bloody time, this seemed like a pretty simple request. So naturally I said yes. We decided to hit one of our local National Trust properties, Basildon Park, as they have a great line in woodland walks and adventurous stuff to do.
We climbed trees, we walked through woods, we saw bluebells, we fell over (quite a bit!) and we peed in bushes. Below you can see some of the photos of our afternoon (minus the peeing, you’ll be pleased to hear!). Thanks for the inspiration, JCB dudes! And here I was thinking you just made diggers and stuff…
