My Year in Photos – November 8th – "Night-calls", originally uploaded by henweb. Today’s photo was taken as Robert was going to bed, due to his insistence of taking his plastic mobile phone to bed with him. It’s a little ‘Bob the Builder’ phone that came free with Cbeebies magazine, which is a very big…

My Year in Photos – November 7th – "Leave the boy alone", originally uploaded by henweb. In order to stave off the boredom of a quiet Sunday afternoon at home, we took Robert to the park down our road this afternoon, for a quick go on the swings. Despite our best efforts, the only thing…

My Year in Photos – November 6th – “Twisted fire starter!”

Posted on November 7, 2010February 18, 2014 by flickr

My Year in Photos – November 6th – "Twisted fire starter!", originally uploaded by henweb. We decided to let off one of the Chinese lanterns which I’d bought for our trip to Hereford tonight, with mediocre results. We never got a chance to set them off in Hereford, due to the fire-risk they pose in…

My Year in Photos – November 5th – "Office Games", originally uploaded by henweb. Pictured today is the newest addition to the Tamar office – a snazzy (second hand – bless you eBay!) pool table, which we’ve set up in one of our “relaxation” areas. I’ve not had a go yet, as the people who…

My Year in Photos – November 4th – "It’s a Jimmy Carr thing", originally uploaded by henweb. My Year in Photos – November 3rd – "Make like a tree…", originally uploaded by henweb. I know this looks like another entry where I’ve forgotten to take a photo all day, but it’s really not. I bloody love autumn, so I tend to take a lot of pictures of leaves…!

My Year in Photos – November 2nd – "And the winner is…", originally uploaded by henweb. The highlight of my day today was watching the Master Chef final on BBC2. Despite finding Gregg Wallace more annoying than a bout of Flu, having invested weeks of my life on this I obviously had to watch the…

Posted on November 3, 2010February 18, 2014 by flickr

My Year in Photos – November 1st – "Car Sticker #FAIL", originally uploaded by henweb. I was driving behind this car for quite some time today. As today is ‘Back British Farming’ day, I want As today is ‘Back British Farming’ day, I wanted to give a shout-out to all the farmers in the local area, especially Brimpton’s own @mbowden1954. One of my favourite aspects of living where we do now is being surrounded by countryside and farm land - and being able to see an actively-farmed field at the end of our garden. Every time something’s being done to the field I’m out with my camera, usually trying to figure out the names of all the machinery - and it’s so nice to see a product being grown right from seed to harvest. I know it’s not easy for farmers at the moment, and I dearly hope ours are able to keep farming for many years to come - so if you have one near you, make sure to show them all the support you can!
