There is a long-standing fairytale in the Tamar offices – a tale of the kitchen fairy. According to some staff members, the kitchen fairy comes in the night and clears away all their mess for them. I personally don’t believe in her, but looking at how messy the kitchen often gets left, several people clearly DO believe in her – hence this sign, which has sat on our kitchen window for a year or so.

In the past few weeks, the kitchen fairy seems to have appeared in physical form – I managed to snap a picture of her today before she flew off to the dishwasher to refill the salt…
