Fatherhood²: Review – A Toothbrush Revolution, That YOU can be Part of!

Posted on November 27, 2013January 7, 2018 by Henry Elliss

I was recently contacted by an inventor – not something you can say very often – who has created a brand new type of toothbrush. He has just launched the project on a crowdfunding site, and sent me one of his prototype brushes to road (or teeth!) test with the kids. Reminiscent of the classic…

Fatherhood²: GoldieBlox – Get Girls Engineering!

Posted on November 20, 2013January 7, 2018 by Henry Elliss

If you’ve been reading this blog for a while, you’ll know I’ve become quite passionate about the fight against gender stereotyping (“Gender Stereotyping – A Marketer’s View, aka What a (Kinder) Surprise, Will Boys Be Boys?”), both in the media and in my own field of work, marketing. Well, I saw a video on Facebook…

Fatherhood²: Review (& give-away!) – Crazy Soap Stuff

Posted on November 11, 2013January 7, 2018 by Henry Elliss

I was recently contacted by the lovely folk at “Kids Stuff“, offering to send me some of their Crazy Soap bath products to try out on the kids. Whilst we usually stick to Johnsons “no more tears” products for our bath-time bubble provisions, I certainly have nothing against other bath products. If anything, we buy…

A long time ago (not in a galaxy far, far away – sadly) the nice people at the Name Label Company asked if they could send me some of their magical name labels for me to review. I happily agreed, they sent me a small bundle of labels (for both Robert and Freddie) and they…
