My Year in Photos – March 29th – "It’s a complete blackout", originally uploaded by henweb. I was wondering past Sam’s Brasserie again at lunch today, and decided to try my arm and peer through the door, to see what was going on. They wouldn’t let me take a photo inside, but it looks like…

My Year in Photos – March 25th – "Me and my saucepan", originally uploaded by henweb. After the very late night that was last night (thank god I’m boring enough that I don’t do that very often!) and the 4 hours of sleep that followed, I was pleased to remember that I had booked myself…

As today is ‘Back British Farming’ day, I want As today is ‘Back British Farming’ day, I wanted to give a shout-out to all the farmers in the local area, especially Brimpton’s own @mbowden1954. One of my favourite aspects of living where we do now is being surrounded by countryside and farm land - and being able to see an actively-farmed field at the end of our garden.
